Cincy Beer Brats are made using only the finest cuts of pork. We use a proprietary blend of herbs and spices in every flavor profile. Our Premium Bierwurst's are infused with Premium locally crafted beers allowing the beer to permeate the meat creating a unique taste profile that can only be found in a Cincy Beer Brat!
